ORO Fine Art Gallery’s physical address is: 20 First Plaza Ctr. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102. We were founded in 2002 by Ricardo Chávez-Méndez. This site is a showcase of art by the artist. We do not sell directly to the public but we do we retain limited, sensitive or personal information on a form for those that wish to buy an original work. This information is full name, email address and telephone number and is retained on our website database and well as one back up location only privvy to the owners.

Comments

At this time, we are not allowing comments on the site so the only data we collect are visitor IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

Media

Our images are subject to copyright laws and are from the artist’s portfolio. If you intentionally or wish to use any images from our site for commercial purposes, a licensing agreement will need to be obtained. This applies to commercial merchandise for sale. For those that wish to use any image from the artitst’s portfolio, the artist only wishes to ask for recognition with name, copyright info (ie, @2023 by Ricardo Chavez-Mendez. Purchase/Sale of Original Art

In the event a client wishes to purchase original art, a form from our website is accessed requesting limited personal information from the client. Full Name, email address and telephone number are housed in our database for 7 days (one week) and then deleted. Our database is secured and frequently checked for malware, brute force attacks as well as password and two-factor authentication.

Cookies

On our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you visit us in the future. These cookies will last for one year.

Our site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. In the event that our website experiences a data breach, rest assured that any data on our website left by you is only that of your IP address. We do not ask for credit card information, or personal information such as name, addresses or phone numbers. You cannot leave comments or register to login.
